Adding and Configuring Recipients

Select “Type” – Default = “Text” for Alphanumeric Pagers.

Select “Service” – Default = “On-Site” for On Location Paging.

Select “Book” Assignment – Choose a Name for the Book the Recipient will be assigned to.

Note: A Book value of “Unassigned” means that recipient will be visible to all users.

Enter Address – The “Pin Number” Assigned to the Recipient.

Enter Name – A “Name or Number” Associated with the Address.

Select Priority – Yes for “Priority” Paging over other Outgoing Paging Messages

Password – Enter a “Password” Associated with this Recipient.

A User Must have Permission to send a Message to a Password Protected Recipient.

Notice the “Key” on the Left Side of the Screen, Indicates this Recipient is Password Enabled.
